How do I inquire about your availability?

Please email or call me.

How do I book you so I don’t lose our day?

Please check my availability by calling or emailing us. After confirming my availability, fill out and email the online questionnaire. I will email you a Contract Agreement. Please sign it and pay the 50 percent deposit.

If the day I want is open on your calendar, does that mean that day is free?

Yes, it means the date is available. Dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Completing and emailing the Contract Agreement and remitting the 50-percent payment will reserve your date. Upon receipt of both, a reservation notice confirming the date will be emailed to you.

The day I want is booked, are those dates flexible? Can you change it?

As soon as we receive your completed contract and deposit, your date is reserved. If you must reschedule that date, please contact me immediately. If the date you wish to reschedule is available, it’s yours. If not, I will work with you to get a date that works for you.

How far out should I book with you?

Some clients wish to reserve the same date each year. So reserve as far out as possible.

Do you fly in the day before the event or the day of our event?

Typically, I try to fly in on the day of the event, unless it’s unreasonable.

From what city do you travel?

San Diego.

Why have I not heard of you before now?

I’ve been speaking professionally for more than 20 years. Most of my clients come through word of mouth.

Do you customize your presentations?

Absolutely. I make sure my keynotes and workshops resonate with your audience. Two-to-three weeks prior to the event, I will conduct an in-depth interview with you to understand your group’s interests and needs.

We want you back this year. Can you do a different presentation?

Absolutely. I will have several motivational topics and will customize one of these to meet your needs.

Do you sell products while you are speaking or immediately after you are done?

I do not sell or mention my two books while I am speaking. However, they will be available at your event if anyone cares to buy one or both.

What is your speaking style?

I’m a storyteller. Clients have described my speaking style as “entertaining,” “inspiring,” “high-energy,” “engaging,” “humorous,” “thought-provoking,” “challenging,” “story-based” and “life-changing.”

Are your presentations interactive?

Yes, more so in workshops than keynotes. But in keynotes I continually engage audiences through challenging questions.

What is the length of your presentation?

It depends on the client but keynotes usually range from 45-60-90 minutes.

What is the goal of your presentation?

I want audience members to be entertained at the very least. But my ultimate goal is to inspire people to believe that the best is yet to come. And the best will come if they take personal responsibility to change their lives for the better.
